Lorelai Innes

Coach Lorelai started her jiu jitsu journey at just 11 years old, stepping onto the mat with passion and determination. From the very beginning, she embraced competition, quickly becoming a decorated athlete. She has traveled across the U.S. and beyond, competing in some of the biggest tournaments in the sport, including IBJJF Pan Ams, Worlds, American Nationals, and Europeans.

Lorelai’s journey in jiu jitsu began with our very own Professor Erika, making her growth from student to instructor a truly special milestone. It has always been her dream to transition from competitor to coach, and we are thrilled to see her vision come to life.

With countless hours of training and experience, Coach Lorelai deeply understands what it takes to succeed—both physically and mentally. She connects with students on a personal level, guiding them with kindness, patience, and a firm yet encouraging approach. Her ability to relate to young athletes makes her an invaluable mentor, helping them develop the discipline, confidence, and skills needed to excel.

Coach Lorelai is a joy to have on the mat, and her energy is contagious. The kids love her, and we are proud to have her as part of the Legacy West Valley team!
