About Kids No-Gi

The Kids No-Gi program teaches essential jiu jitsu techniques and practical self-defense in a fast-paced, structured environment—without the traditional gi. Students learn key positions, escapes, submissions, and movement-based strategies that emphasize body control and athleticism.

Real-World Application

Train in clothes similar to everyday wear, making the techniques and strategies learned highly applicable to real-life self-defense situations.

Experience a faster-paced and more dynamic style of grappling with an emphasis on speed, agility, and explosiveness.

Wrestling Skills

Enhance your takedown and wrestling abilities, as No-Gi grappling often involves more stand-up grappling and wrestling exchanges.
