About Juniors - Jiu Jitsu

The Juniors program emphasizes learning and applying techniques through structured training. Students practice positional sparring from specific techniques and begin chaining moves together, building a deeper understanding of jiu jitsu. This process prepares them for free sparring as they grow. The class is efficient and structured, focusing on respect, discipline, and confidence while developing coordination, focus, and resilience in an engaging one-hour session.

Self-Defense

Develop a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, including takedowns, escapes, and submissions.

Physical Fitness

Enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through dynamic drills and challenging exercises.

Self-Confidence

Build unshakeable self-confidence through consistent training and skill development.

Discipline & Respect

Cultivate discipline, respect for oneself and others, and a strong work ethic in a positive and supportive learning environment.
