About Youth - Jiu Jitsu

Our Youth program develops strong fundamentals while adding passes, takedowns, self-defense, and sport jiu jitsu for students who want to compete. Students refine their skills through sweeps, escapes, and positional sparring, learning to spar from standing and apply techniques from start to finish. Focus is placed on control and submission finishes while maintaining awareness. The program highlights sportsmanship, leadership, and perseverance, shaping athletes for life on and off the mats.

Competition Training

Prepare for competition with advanced techniques, strategy development, and live sparring sessions.

Leadership Skills

Develop leadership qualities through mentoring younger students and taking on responsibilities within the class.

Elite Level Techniques

Learn high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and refine existing skills with detailed instruction.

Mental Fortitude

Cultivate mental toughness, resilience, and a champion's mindset to overcome challenges on and off the mats.
